
I can’t understand why I become fatter and fatter although I eat very little each day. My belly is rounder and rounder like Thanh Giang before. My body looks like a pig or a moving barrel. I remembered when we played Vovinam together in the Vo Dao Quan, he usually did press-up and sit-up at the end of training time. He did 20 times or even 30 times for each type. I wondered why he did so instead of short jump as my teacher asked me to do so. Now I know the reason why he did so, simply because of his pot-belly hahaha…. Therefore, I think I should to practice push-up and sit-up immediately. However, I can push my body up with 2 arms somehow while I could do such exercises 30 times before. Oh, my glorious days have gone away. Hic hic hic
